These are our own installations across Chennai. Every photo is from a real YPL Safety Nets project — the same fix we bring to your balcony, window, terrace or duct.
Before: Pigeons were roosting on the outdoor unit and ledge every night — droppings on the floor, feathers in the washing area, and a nest behind the compressor.
After: A 1.5mm HDPE pigeon net was tensioned across the full balcony opening on SS 304 hooks. The birds could no longer land inside, and the family got their balcony back the same day.
Before: The open duct between two blocks had years of pigeon fouling. The smell reached the kitchen windows and nesting material kept falling onto lower floors.
After: The duct faces were closed with heavy-duty HDPE bird netting fixed to stainless wire rope. Light and ventilation still pass, but pigeons can no longer enter the shaft.
Before: Every breeding season a new nest appeared on the same sheltered AC ledge. Cleaning it off only worked for a few weeks before the birds returned.
