What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form, call, or message us on WhatsApp we record your name, phone number, email address (if given), the city or site address of the work and the net or grass type you are interested in.
How we use it
Your details are used only to answer your enquiry, schedule the free site measurement, share the quote, complete installation and provide warranty service. We may send order or service updates by phone, WhatsApp or email.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal details to third parties. Data is shared only with our own installation team and, where required, payment or logistics partners handling your order.
Cookies and site analytics
The site stores small amounts of data in your browser to remember your enquiry cart and to measure which pages and buttons visitors use. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Photographs of completed work
Installation photos published in our gallery are our own work and property. We do not publish a customer's name, flat number or address alongside a photo. If you would like a photo of your site removed, write to us and we will take it down.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the enquiry details we hold about you. Requests are actioned within 30 days.
