Looking for balcony pigeon solution? YPL Safety Nets handles the full job — site measurement, material selection, fixing accessories and neat installation. We work on balconies, terraces, home lawns, apartments, schools, colleges, academies, turf grounds and commercial sites, and every quote is based on an actual measured area rather than a rough estimate.
Our team uses UV-stabilised HDPE netting and imported turf backing so the installation holds up to Chennai heat, monsoon rain and constant play. Fixing is done with galvanised wire rope, hooks and clamps, and edges are finished so nothing sags or frays. We serve Chennai, Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, Coimbatore, Madurai, Tiruchirappalli, Salem, Vellore, Hosur and major Andhra Pradesh cities.

These are our own installations across Chennai. Every photo is from a real YPL Safety Nets project — the same fix we bring to your balcony, window, terrace or duct.
Before: Pigeons were roosting on the outdoor unit and ledge every night — droppings on the floor, feathers in the washing area, and a nest behind the compressor.
After: A 1.5mm HDPE pigeon net was tensioned across the full balcony opening on SS 304 hooks. The birds could no longer land inside, and the family got their balcony back the same day.
Before: The open duct between two blocks had years of pigeon fouling. The smell reached the kitchen windows and nesting material kept falling onto lower floors.
After: The duct faces were closed with heavy-duty HDPE bird netting fixed to stainless wire rope. Light and ventilation still pass, but pigeons can no longer enter the shaft.
Before: Every breeding season a new nest appeared on the same sheltered AC ledge. Cleaning it off only worked for a few weeks before the birds returned.
After: The ledge and duct corner were screened with a fitted pigeon net so there is no flat, sheltered surface left to nest on — a permanent fix instead of repeat cleaning.
Before: The family dried clothes on the terrace, but pigeon droppings on the lines and floor made it unusable most mornings.
After: A 2mm pigeon net now covers the terrace open faces. Clothes dry in the sun without droppings, and the net is barely visible from the ground.
Before: Daily droppings on the railing and glass meant scrubbing the balcony every weekend, and the smell put a stop to evening tea outside.
After: A clear-view balcony pigeon net keeps the birds out while keeping the skyline view open — the balcony is back to daily use.
Before: Pigeons perched along the parapet and signboard edge all day, fouling the wall and the shopfront below.
After: SS 304 pigeon spikes were fixed along the perch lines. With nowhere to sit, the birds moved on — no net needed on this job.

Dedicated installation teams across Chennai localities and every major city in Tamil Nadu & Andhra Pradesh. In Chennai we work mainly on apartments, independent houses, schools and commercial buildings. The job we are called for most here is balcony safety nets, pigeon nets and bird-proofing. Every quote follows a free site measurement — nothing is estimated over the phone.
Every fixing uses stainless steel hardware and UV-stabilised netting so the installation survives sun, rain and coastal wind. That decision is made on site, not in the office, because the frame material and working height change the hardware more than the netting itself.
All main residential and commercial pockets of Chennai. Dedicated installation teams cover Chennai localities and every major city in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.
A technician measures every opening in feet, checks the frame, and gives you a per-sq.ft rate in writing before any drilling starts.
Netting is cut and rope-bordered to your exact size, anchors go in at 12–15 inch intervals, and stainless steel wire rope is tensioned across the opening before the net is laced on.
UV-stabilised HDPE and braided nylon netting, SS 304/316 hooks and eye bolts, 2.5–3mm stainless wire rope, turnbuckles for re-tensioning, and UV-resistant lacing thread.
Every installation carries a written warranty on netting and hardware, with on-call re-tightening and repair visits in Chennai.
